Hotels, transport, tickets, restaurants and all additional expenses are not included in my rates. I do not offer discounts or negotiate the stated terms.
Location
I visit pre - approved four and five -star hotels, as well as private residences in desirable neighbourhoods, subject to screening and my approval.
On an exceptional basis and at my discretion, I may also welcome you to my own apartment. For a first meeting at my apartment, an advance deposit is mandatory, regardless of the booking duration. The exact address is provided only after screening and confirmation of the reservation.
Availability reservations
I am available by prior arrangement only. Please make your reservation at least several hours in advance. I do not accept last-minute bookings.
Every reservation is subject to screening and agreement on all details. A deposit is required for a first meeting at my apartment, for bookings longer than two hours and for travel outside Sofia. In these cases, the reservation is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Your reservation is considered fully confirmed once the agreed advance deposit has been received.

Payment details are provided privately following a satisfactory introduction, successful screening and agreement on all details. Please do not send any payment without my prior confirmation.
I do not respond to anonymous, rude, pushy or disrespectful messages. I do not permit the use of illegal substances, photography or filming, or hidden cameras. Additional people may not be present without prior agreement.
